8 people country house to rent in a quiet rural areal area with great far reaching country views to the distant mountains. The house is located only 2.8 km. away from the small village of Cas Concos, south-east Mallorca.

From the hall there is access to a open living/dining room with comfortable sofas, a fireplace and a large wooden table. From here there is access to the furnished covered terrace and to the spacious kitchen that counts with a larder and a breakfast corner. At the other side of the living room there are two bedrooms a twin bedroom with access to the exterior and a double bedroom with access to the terrace that enjoys peaceful country views. These two bedrooms share a bathroom. Close to the kitchen there is a shower room that holds the washing machine and the dryer.

The upper floor where there are two more bedrooms a double bedroom and a twin bedroom each with en suite bathroom. These two bedrooms share a terrace overlooking the garden and pool area with fabulous far reaching country views to the distant mountains. The outside is spacious and the grounds are walled, which is great for the children as they have plenty space to play and run around.

At the back there is a covered terrace that enjoys a nice relaxing atmosphere overlooking the garden and pool . This terrace counts with a large table which is perfect for &ldquoal fresco&rdquo dining and a relaxing comfortable &ldquochill out&rdquo to enjoy the charming country views with the &ldquoPenya Bosca&rdquo mountain in the distance. From the terrace through the Mediterranean garden with aromatic plants such us rosemary and sage, we access the pool area. At the other end of the swimming pool is a great covered barbecue area with a brick built barbecue, a table with chairs and a shower room. There is also available a table tennis for fun of all the family.
