Enclosed in the price are bed linen, towels for the house, tea towels, the final cleaning and other costs (electricity, water, gas).The first cot and highchair are included in the price. Information to note: In case of lost keys or if keys are left inside the accommodation, a charge of €50 will apply during office hours and €75 outside office hours. New keys must be collected by the guest at our office. On check-out day, no rubbish should be left on the property. Guests must remove all waste; otherwise, a €150 fee will be charged for waste management.
