On the upper floor there are 2 further bedrooms, one with double bed  and one with twin beds. Both have access to a panoramic terrace. The twin bedroom has its own shower room while the double bedroom has a bathroom with bathtub and walk-in shower.

The private swimming pool is set within extensive gardens with lawn offering excellent opportunities for outdoor living and dining (including a fantastic poolside kitchen area). The rear terrace runs all along the villa and has rattan sofas, chairs and tables. From this terrace a path lead across to the poolside shower and purpose built covered BBQ.

The lawned gardens are beautifully landscaped and planted with local trees and shrubs, and are beautifully lit at night.
