Country house Tort for 12 people to rent located on a large plot of land a of Porto Colom, Mallorca. The 250-year-old house was converted by the owner into a beatiful country style holiday home. The owner is also engaged in horse breeding. On the same property there are stables as well as 15 or 20 beautiful horses. The pretty natural harbour of Porto Colom is 5 km away, with its pretty sandy coves, shops, restaurants and bars. You can also practice water sports.

Two-storey country house. From here you can go to the back of the garden with green areas and fruit trees Great professional style kitchen, well equipped. The two bedrooms on the ground floor each have two single beds and an en-suite bathroom. There is also a guest toilet here.

Upstairs is the master bedroom with two single beds, en-suite shower-room and its own sun terrace. The fourth bedroom has a double bed and also an en-suite shower-room. The largest of the bedrooms has two single beds, an en-suite bathroom. This bedroom has access to and its own outside staircase leads down to the patio/garden.

In an adjoining building there is another bedroom with double bed and en suite bathroom, satellite TV and direct access to the pool terrace.

The outside area is great, with a large pool sun loungers and a large sun terrace. Outside shower-room. Enjoy your meals on the covered terrace with barbecue or enjoy the peace and quiet in the beautiful garden.
