About Property
This rustic mallorquin style two-storey quarry-stone clad villa is located in the countryside of Pollensa, it is within walking distance of the picturesque old town of Pollensa where you can find a large selection of bars, restaurants and shops.
The house has been restored with care to conserve its original charm, open stonework walls with wood beamed ceilings archways and decorated with a fusion of old and new.
On the ground floor upon entering there is an entrance hall which takes us to the open plan lounge/ dining area, complete with sofas,TV and a wooden dining table. This room offers direct access to the outdoor terraces. There is a separatetraditional kitchen totally equipped with all necessary electrical appliances in a holiday villa and a dining table. Next to the kitchen you can find a utility room and a guest wc.
There is also a charming double bedroom with an ample sized en suite bathroom with bath tub. A stairs leads up to the upper floor where the rest of the bedrooms are located, they comprise of one twin bedroom which also has an en suite with bath-tub, a further twin bed bedroom and a separate bathroom.
All bedrooms have air conditioning which are set on a timer, from 08:00 to 10:00 hrs and from 22:00 to 06:00 hrs, heating is included for early and late season.
The ouside grounds are delightful mixture of well kept paved, lawned and gravel areas making dining al-fresco one of the great pleasures of a holiday villa at Toni Mosca, it has a large covered terrace, a built-in BBQ, table and chairs and ample sun terraces with furniture to enjoy pre-dinner drinks and al fresco dinners.
The inviting sparkling swimming pool has Roman steps for easy access and is surrounded by a paved terrace with sunloungers and a large roofed pergola to one side for shade. In this area there is also a fixed round stone table and benches and moveable table and chairs.
A ping pong under the roofed terrace and a childrens area complete the villas ideal outdoors area.
