Teuler Petit is a beautiful reformed 150 year old farmhouse for 8 people, to rent in a beautiful countryside area, 1.4 km. to the village of Cas Concos, Felanitx, Mallorca. All the original rustic features have been retained to now offer a comfortable Mallorcan style house furnished with a lot of character The outside area is magnificent, with spacious pool area and well kept lawned garden.
Two-storey country house. From the entrance/dining room there is direct access to the living/dining room. It has an exit to the side terrace. Rustic-style, spacious kitchen that also has access to the garden. On the ground floor there is a bedroom with twin beds and an en-suite shower-room. Utility room with wahing machine. On the first floor there there is a galleried landing area with side door to an upper sun terrace with glorious views across some of Mallorca`s finest countryside. Here there are three bedrooms each en suite bath/shower-room. Two with double bed and one with twin beds.
