Pleta de Sa Punta is a two-storey country house with a lot natural light. Living room with French doors opening to the front covered terrace and pool area. The dining room has also French doors opening to the covered terrace. Kitchen with a breakfast table and accesss the utility room with the washing machine. From the the inner patio there is access to two bedrooms a double and a twin, each with en suite bathroom. Guest toilett. Stairs goes from the inner patio to the upper floor where there are two more bedrooms a double bedroom with en suite bathroom, corner bath- and a twin bedroom with en suite bathroom. Both bedrooms have access to its own private terrace.

The bedrooms offer air conditioning with a fixed and limited timetable.

The house is surrounded by nature, bushes typical of Mallorca. There are two covered terraces overlooking the pool with a table and chairs to enjoy delicious "al fresco" meals. Pool with Roman steps surrounded by a spacious sun terrace with sun beds ideal to spend the long summery days. Open pool side shower and built barbecue with a sink.

The house is located close to sandy beaches and amenities, located on the road that joins the Cala DOr with Porto Petro. The marina of Cala DOr at only 1 km. away offers restaurants, cafeterias, a few boutiques and a supermarket. Cala DOr centre, 2.5km. away offers a pedestrian area with a wide variety of restaurants, cafeterias, bars with live music, shops and boutiques. The charming seaside town of Porto Petro with superb restaurants, local shops and a supermarket is also 1 km. away.
