This rustic Mallorcan style house for 8 people has high ceilings and wooden beams. The outdoor area is very spacious and pleasant. With a large pool, terraces and a Mediterranean garden with different varieties of plants, shrubs and grass areas all well cared for.

Mal Ric preserves the charm of the great Mallorcan houses. On the ground floor we find the dining table next to the entrance, and to its right is the kitchen. Airy living room with many details. It has access to the outside, to the pool and the covered terrace that has a table and chairs to eat al fresco. On the ground floor there is also a twin bedroom and a shower-room. Utility room next to the shower-room with a second frigde. On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms with double beds and three bathrooms -two of them are en-suite-. The exterior is very nice and spacious. With a large pool, terraces, a Mediterranean garden with autochthonous plants and also has grass areas. Barbecue area and several areas where you can enjoy meals. There is also a swing, a slide for children and a table tennis.
