Villa Guadi for 12 people for rent in a quiet area between Cala Egos, Cala D'Or and Porto Petro, Mallorca. Ideal for families or groups of friends. Large heated pool and outdoor area with sun loungers and several sitting and dining areas to relax and enjoying the long sunny days.

Large house distributed on two floors. On the ground floor there is an open kitchen with a dining table and a living room. Next to the living room there is a bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite shower-room.

A hallway next to the kitchen leads to two more bedrooms. One with twin beds, and an adjacent shower-room. The other bedroom has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom. This bedroom has access to the pool area.

Near the pool, an external staircase leads up to the upper floor which has a living room with access to a small terrace with distant views of the port of Porto Petro. This floor has three more bedrooms. One with twin beds and another with a double bed. Next to these bedrooms there is a bathroom with bathtube and a separate shower. The last bedroom has a double bed, a small living room, a shower-room and access to a small terrace with steps that goes down to the pool area.

There is AA/CC cold warm in all bedrooms and the living room available 24h. with temperature controlled. Please note that there are sensors on doors and windows, therefore if you leave them open, the air conditioning will stop automatically.

The living room on the first floor has access to a terrace. From this terrace, a staircase leads up to the roof terrace with a chill-out area with beautiful views of Porto Petro.

Swimming pool with sun loungers to enjoy the sun. Built-in barbecue and porch with views of the pool. Heated pool. The water is heated to a temperature of 28ºC. There is a large automatic retractable awning next to the pool with table and chairs, to enjoy meals outside
