Situation
This lovely farmhouse is situated on the outskirts of Cas Concos, on a elevated position, with views over the countryside and the hills. Cas Concos is on the south-eastern part of Mallorca, around 60 km from Palma. You can find some small groceries and a few restaurants. For bigger supermarkets you can either go to Felanitx (8 km.) or Santanyí (9 km.). In the last one, there is a weekly Market on Saturdays where you can buy fresh vegetables and fruit. The small harbour town of Cala Figuera is only 15 km. away. You can easily reach the beautiful beaches of Cala Mondagró (15km.) or Cala sa Nau (13 km.).

The house
The  two storey farmhouse "Era des Pou" is surrounded by a property of 5500 m², from which 1000 are garden, with bougavilles, palm trees, hibiscus and oleanders. Large wooden doors open from the, partly covered and with buid-in barbecue, main terrace to a spacious lounge with satellite TV and DVD and safe, dining room, furnished for 8 person.The fitted kitchen is fully equipped with ceramic hob, fridge/freezer, electric kettle, coffee machine, oven and microwave. There is 1 twin and 1 double bedroom with showerroom en-suite plus a full bathroom on the ground floor. Upstairs are 2 further twins and a bathroom, plus a large balcony with views over the pool and countryside.

Outdoor
Partly covered terrace, with build-in barbecue. Pool (9 x4,5 m.) surrounded by a large terrace and outside shower, as well as sunbeds and outside toilet. Nice and large garden.
