Villa for 6 people with private pool to rent in Cala D'Or Mallorca. Located close to entrance of Cala D'Or, in a cul-de-sac street. There is a large supermarket only 280 m. away and the sandy cove Cala Gran is 800 m. away. Cala D&rsquoOr centre is 500m away. This bustling resort which heart is a pedestrian area offers a wide variety of restaurants, cafeterias, bars with live music, shops, boutiques and several sandy coves. In Cala D&rsquoOr you can practice water sports and visit its charming marina with lovely water front restaurants and enjoy excursions with a sailing boats or the glass bottom boat.

The Villa Cubells is a two-storey villa that has kept the Ibiza-style, with white walls all around the house. There is a covered terrace at the front and a small terrace at the back with the pool.From the entrance we access directly into the open lounge / dining room with a well equipped open-plan kitchen. This floor also has a shower room and a double bedroom with direct access to the back covered terrace and pool area. From the living/dining area an stair leads to the upper floor where you will find two twin bedrooms, one of them with a balcony overlooking the front of the house. These two bedrooms share a shower room. The villa has air conditioning cold/warm and ceiling fans in all the bedrooms ( the air conditioning is on a timer from 14.00 to 16.00 and 21.30 to 09.00).

Outdoor The villa counts with a lovely covered terrace at the front and a small one at the back of the house. The terrace located at the back, by the pool, has a table and chairs. The round pool (4 m, - depth 1,50 m) with metallic stair, is perfect for families with children. There are also sun beds to relax during the long summery days. Enjoy delicious just cooked "al fresco" meals at the brick built barbecue.
