Beach Villa Carme is a one storey holiday villa, small and cosy, 2 bedrooms,2 bathrooms and can comfortably sleep up to 5 people, with private pool, perfectly located just a few steps from the stunning sandy beach of Playa De Muro, this villa is the perfect choice for a truly Mallorcan holiday in close proximity to all the amenities.

The Inside of the villa comprises of a bright and airy lounge with a chaise longue (convertible in bed for an extra child) satellite TV and DVD. The adjoining dining area has a wooden dining table and chairs. A separate fully equipped kitchen is with all the necessary appliances (dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, toaster, 4 cooking rings, fridge, freezer etc).

On the same floor there is a spacious master bedroom suite with double bed, en-suite shower room as well as a seating area and direct access to the outside terrace. Another twin bedroom and a family shower room complete the interior. The bedrooms are air-conditioned and the interiors have just been totally renovated.

Outside, the private elevated swimming pool of 6m x 4m, depth is 1.5m is accessible via Roman Steps and is set within an extensive terrace surrounded with flowers and Mediterranean shrubs. Parasol and sunbeds are provided around the pool for the guests to enjoy.

There is a comfortable furnished chill out area just outside the master bedroom and next to the pool. Also, a shaded porch dining area to relax during the hottest hours of the day or for a delicious al-fresco meal or barbecue.

As the villas is enclosed by pleasant terraces and gardens these provide excellent privacy compared to the other properties in a similar location.

A car is not required because of the close proximity to all the amenities, a large array of shops, bars and restaurants.

Private parking is however available on the premises for all those wishing to travel by car.
