About Property
Spacious 4 bedroom country house with private pool, to rent in the south of Mallorca. Only 1.5 km. away from the small village Alqueria Blanca and 8 km. away to the beautiful sandy beach Cala Mondragó. Santanyí and Porto Petro are approx. 6 km. away.
The two-storey country house has lots of outside space and enjoys panoramic views of the surrounding countryside.
From the entrance there is access to the large living room with French doors opening to the poolside terraces. The dining room is located between the dining room and the kitchen. Spacious kitchen with breakfast table, a pantry and access to the covered terrace. From the kitchen there is access to the utility room. On the ground floor here are three twin bedrooms -beds pushed together-. One of them with en suite bathroom. The other two bedrooms share and adjacent shower room. Guest toilet.
On the first floor is the master bedroom. It has a double bed, walk in wardrobe, balcony overlooking the pool and a full en suite bath and shower room. Also on the first floor, accessed from the landing are two great sun terraces, one facing East, and one facing West.
The house offers air conditioning hot / cold in the bedrooms with fixed and limited hours and wifi.
