The arched wooden entrance door takes you into the hallway with its cobbled stone floor, carved wooden doors and beams. From here an open staircase leads to the upper floor. The whole house has open beams on the ceilings and charming carved wooden details have been used decoratively above doors, windows and walls. The open living room/dining room offers comfy sofas, TV and a long rectangular dining table for eight. Patio doors give direct access to the pool side covered terrace. The separate kitchen with its traditional type built-in units is equipped with all necessary electrical appliances and again has direct outside access.

Further long the hallway there is a WC, and a utility room. On this floor there is one double bedroom with en-suite shower room and doors leading to the terrace.

Upstairs on the first floor the master bedroom has a double bed, an en-suite shower room and doors out to a large roof balcony/terrace. Also, on this floor there are two twin bedrooms which share a family bathroom.

Outside there several open and covered terraces. At the front of the house in the open-air courtyard you will find stone benches with tables. Through the doors of the living room and overlooking the lawns, shaded by the grape vine&rsquos overhead is a dining table and chairs. On the covered terrace leaving the kitchen and dining area is a seating area with terrace sofas and chairs.

Across the lawn and to the side of the pool there is a small stone building with covered porch which offers an amazing covered barbecue area, complete with a wooden table/bench, an excellent spot for dining alfresco. The large swimming pool with roman steps for easy access has sunbed space on the adjacent patio next to the BBQ area and various trees around if you prefer the shade &ndash it is set within the lawned gardens, with its beautiful and well-maintained shrubs and flowers.
