Located in the beautiful area of La Font, between the town of Pollensa and Puerto de Pollensa, Font Mar offers an excellent location and in addition a few of the islands best beaches are within easy driving distance. This charming 150m2 villa set in a plot of 4000m2 offers beautiful views towards the mountains of "La Font". Its garden and exterior make this a is the perfect place for families or groups of friends.

From the main entrance we arrive at the spacious open plan lounge/dining room with its decorative fireplace, comfortable seating, sat TV, Wifi and dining table and chairs. On the other side of the entrance is the kitchen, fully equipped with all necessary electrical appliances refrigerator/freezer, electric oven, electric hob, microwave and other utensils There is a separate utility room area where the dishwasher and washing machine are located.

A hallway gives us access to the bedroom area, there are three bedrooms with fitted wardrobes and air conditioning, one double and two twins, all of them share two bathrooms, one with a bathtub and the other with a shower.

The exterior of villa Font Mar is a family or friends delight complete with beautiful terrace areas, both covered and uncovered, ideal for enjoying the warm nights of the Mallorcan summer.
