Can Morei is a two-storey house, which is light flooded and has a beautiful view of the countryside. The entrance leads you into the open living and dining area from there you can see the covered terrace and pool area. The kitchen is well equipped and has a separate breakfast area. On the ground floor there is a small guest toilet. In the living room there is a large fireplace. The terrace on the ground floor serves as a relaxation zone and also for cozy evenings. On the first floor there are two beautiful bedrooms, one room has a double bed and the other with two single beds, on the ground floor there is a bedroom with one double bed. The two main bedrooms have direct access to the terrace with excellent views of the pool and the countryside. There are two bathrooms, one has a bath tub and the other has a shower. The house has  unit of A/C ( hot and cold) in each bedroom and livingroom.


This beautiful home is located on the outskirts of the village of Vilafranca de Bonany. This village has a unique nature and landscape, it is especially known for hiking and cycling. The village has many shops, restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies and a bank. Moreover, it has a theater "Teatre Municipal de Vilafranca". Every Wednesday there is a market on the main square "Plaza Mayor". Other points of interest are the caves "Cuevas del Drach" and the wonderful beach of Porto Cristo which is located about 25 kilometers away. The nearest major town of Manacor, also known under the name of the City of Pearls, is located just 11 kilometers away where there is also a train station.


From the kitchen you have direct access to the private pool. The outdoor area behind the house is very charming, very quiet and relaxing and has a breathtaking view of the garden and the countryside. One of the terrace has a BBQ, a relaxation zone and the ideal place for the family, or reading your favorite book and having delicious dinners outside. Ideal to enjoy the long, sunny summer days.
